FAQ

Do I need to pay for an AI separately?

You use your own: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any MCP client, on the subscription you already pay for. That's why MilaFlow has no credits or tokens — a flat price per site, done.

What counts as a “site”?

Each production domain where you activate the license. Development and staging environments (localhost, .local, staging.yourdomain.com…) don't count. You can free up a site from your account and reuse the slot on another. On Agency, need more than 50? Add packs of 10 sites for €99/year: email us and we'll expand it right away.

What's a “migration”?

Moving a site off a page builder (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery…) to native WordPress. They're unlimited on your plan's sites: migrate, redo and reconvert pages as often as you like, no counters.

What happens if I don't renew?

Migrated pages are native WordPress: they keep working forever, without MilaFlow. What stops is the agent (MCP) and updates, until you renew.

Can I switch plans?

Anytime, from your account (“Billing & payment”). What you've already paid is prorated.

Is there a refund?

Yes: 14 days, no questions asked, from purchase. Email us and we'll refund you.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes. Invoices include Spanish VAT; if you're a business in another EU country with a VAT ID, no VAT (reverse charge).
