Purpose of the site

milaflow.dev provides information about MilaFlow, a WordPress plugin, and allows you to purchase its licences, manage your customer account and download the software. Purchases are governed by the terms of sale and licence, which are expressly accepted when buying.

Terms of use

Access to the site is free of charge, except for areas that require an account. By using it you undertake to do so in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice, and in particular not to:

• attempt to access other people's accounts, data or systems, or circumvent security measures or licence limits;
• introduce malicious code, overload the service or automate abusive requests;
• impersonate other people or provide false information when registering or buying.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.

Intellectual and industrial property

The MilaFlow trademark and logo, and the design, text, images, videos and code of this website belong to the owner or its licensors, and you may not reproduce, distribute or transform them without authorisation, except to quote them with a link to the source.

The MilaFlow plugin's code is distributed under the GNU GPL licence, like WordPress. That licence covers the code; it grants no rights over the MilaFlow trademark nor access to the associated services (updates, migrations, support), which require a valid commercial licence under the terms of sale.

Third-party trademarks mentioned (WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Claude, Codex, Cursor and others) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe the product's compatibility, without implying any relationship or sponsorship.
